Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate information, secure credentials, lawful client data, and use that does not disrupt the service or violate another person’s rights.
Subscription and access
The service is offered on an annual basis. Access begins only after verified payment and may be restricted after expiry, suspension, fraud review, chargeback, or material breach. Customer data is not automatically deleted when paid access expires.
Customer data
The customer controls the business data it submits and grants the provider the limited rights needed to host, secure, back up, and process that data to deliver the service.
Availability and liability
Add the approved service-level commitments, warranty exclusions, liability cap, governing law, dispute process, and termination provisions before launch.
