Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a launch-review draft. It intentionally does not promise a refund window that has not been approved by the business.
Annual subscription
Subscriptions are billed annually at the price shown during checkout. Renewal is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms it and the server verifies that confirmation.
Cancellation
A cancellation request prevents future renewal where recurring collection has been enabled. It does not by itself create a refund for the current annual term.
Refund requests
Add the approved eligibility window, exclusions, processing timeline, and payment-return method before accepting live payments. Requests should include the account email and payment reference and be sent to [Add legal/support email].
Failed or duplicate payments
A verified duplicate debit or payment-provider failure will be investigated against the provider transaction record. Access and financial history are adjusted only through auditable server-side actions.
